Currently, 90% of our efforts are directed towards the foreign mission field.  That is 90% of our funds, 90% of our time and labour, and 90% of our prayers.  We design, print and ship Gospel tracts to missionaries, national pastors and churches who desperately need such material to support their soul-winning and outreach programs.  As these preachers cannot afford to fund their own printing projects, Southland Baptist Press meets their need.  We currently ship 1-colour and some 2-colour tracts in large volumes at minimal or no cost to trust-worthy preachers in poor third-world nations.  They are then appointed as our distributors and responsible for establishing their own distribution networks to saturate their country with the Gospel tracts we print.

At home, we have a burden to assist Australian churches with their printing needs.  While we can supply the same 1-colour and 2-colour tracts as we do to the mission field, some preachers prefer full-colour glossy flyers as a more attractive media.  Although we currently provide our design services at no cost, we ask Australian churches to reimburse the full cost of printing and freight for any project we take on.  We take a stand that churches in a first-world nation such as Australia are able to afford their own printing project.  We currently outsource full-colour CMYK printing jobs to trade printers at pricing not made available to the general public.

Southland Baptist Press also serves as the graphic design and printing department of Good Shepherd Baptist Church.  We carry out printing services for our church in a similar manner to other churches.  Please note that Good Shepherd Baptist Church reimburses Southland Baptist Press for every print job.  As a local church ministry, we give first priority to Good Shepherd Baptist in all areas of service.
